To former Lillyites: What did you enjoy most about growing up in Lilly, Pa.? Christmas recollection

Most of us have special memories of our youth. For so many who grew up in my hometown of Lilly, Pa., those remain with us for many years.

What I thought would be a nice Christmas recollection would be if some former natives or residents would write about two or three paragraphs about those memories — ones that I could post on my blog.
